Architecture and design is not only an intellectual pursuit or high art - it can be a skilled trade that provides economic empowerment and independence for a lifetime.
When I was an architecture student, I was fortunate to have a support network and access to people in the industry who could give advice and guidance for my career. It’s difficult to imagine how I could have succeeded without the basic knowledge of the opportunities that existed and the financial assistance to pursue those opportunities. After gaining incredible benefits from being a part of the architecture and home building industry, I want to provide a path for other young people to have that same opportunity.

A Registered Architect with over 20 years of experience in the building industry, Mr. Cudmore holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto, and a Masters Degree in Architecture from Boston Architectural College.

Specializing in Information Technology and Program Management Consulting, Mr. Pavlovic is a graduate of UC Berkeley and Harvard Law School.

Having developed some of the most noteworthy communities in Los Angeles, Mr. Schwanitz was previously a financial analyst and holds a M.S. in Mathematics and Economics from UCLA.
